Looking for some opinions. I have had my motor back in the car for about a month.Everything has been fine. On my way to see someone the other day, the car started to blow thick white smoke out the exhaust. I thought a head gasket went even though I drove through town with no boost. I got to my destination and shut the car down. Started it again and it was blowing white smoke. It did not smell or taste like coolant.I shut it down and contemplated maybe the new EvoIII turbo took a dump. Checked the oil; nice and clean.Coolant level was good. Fired the car up again and absolutely not a bit of smoke. Took the car out on the road, did some third gear pulls and everything is fine. Been fine for about
4 or 5 days now. I have been driving and then checking oil and coolant levels and all is well. What the heck happened.
1993 Talon AWD 6 bolt. manley rods, manley pistons 020 over.
manley valves, manley springs and ti retainers with arp studs.
evoIII at 14 pds boost. fp exhaust manifold.
Any thoughts?
Regards
Greg
