Mine only takes five mins to take off without having pins in the side of my bumper.

This is the best bumper mod I did, in fact several other people liked it so much they asked me to make it for them too!Nothing like removing the bumper cover in 5min.

Ok, been awhile. That pic isn't the one I saw but that looks good.
1. Yea, square doesn't equal circle. All it takes is to nit make the cuts so sharp; have them rounded more.
2. Pics don't look big to me, maybe they didn't resize for you.
3. The eyelids are custom. Made out of some vinyl from a graphics shop for $5. There is an eyelid thread in here that has info in it.
I would like to test run it on an extra bumper but making the fold on the inside will be hard.
And my IC is barely crooked. Probably from the bad drive ways around here. I made sure it was straight when I put it on.

The "fold" would not be hard at all. You arnt folding the urethane. Cutout the hole, thann make the inside separately and affix the whole piece to the cutout usig a resin blend. If that makes sense. Its not hard..ive made plenty of vents before...just time consuming.
