I have posted this already, but no one had any other ideas than the O2 sensor or the Coolant Temp Sensor. THOSE ARE NOT MY PROBLEM!!!! I have already done my research on this, but cannot find anything that works.
I am getting 12.89 mpg!!!!
My setup consists of :
93 Eagle Talon TSI Automatic AWD
Everything is Stock.
All boost leaks are fixed. Before one around the TB was fixed, i got 13.98 mpg???
No Vacuum leaks. (Will be doing the vacuum hose removal probably tomorrow)
Brand new direct OEM replacement O2 sensor from Oreilly Auto Parts.
Brand new Coolant Temp Sensor. (the one with 2 male connectors right next to the gauge sensor)
ICS replaced with a working one in perfect condition. (I tested it as the book states and from what I found on the site)
Timing is 5º advanced.
White top injectors (stock)
Brand New K&N filter with chopped can. I did not mess with the MAF.
Brand new exhaust 2 1/2" pipe, no CAT, Turbo Muffler, with dual out Tip
Getting exactly 10psi with the stock 13g TD04 turbo.
Brand new NGKBRP6E3 Spark Plugs and wires. Spark plugs gapped at .33
Brand new fuel filter.
Compression is 155 across all cylinders.
Timing marks line up perfectly. New belts and tensioners including the hydrolic one.
I adjusted the BISS screw while I set the timing to idle the car at 900 rpm.
How I tested my gas mileage:
I filled the tank and drove the car on the interstate at 70 mph not getting into boost at all for 60 miles one way, then I turned around and came back home. 29 miles later, I had to fill up again! I drove 149.7 miles and put in 11.61 gallons back into it.
I just bought this car a few months ago and it had 2 bent valves and was sitting for 2 years. I rebuilt the head and checked everything while it was apart. The head was fine.
I have put about 1,000 miles on the motor since I rebuilt it.
If I start the car, the car will idle at 600 and I can watch my boost gauge go from 0 to -10, then a few seconds later, it will go to -20 and idle fine. This happens every time I start the car. While it is at the -10 mark, black smoke is coming out of the exhaust.
I am stumped on what to do now. Please help me. Exxon and Shell are killing my wallet.

true DSM love there.
Can't afford it right now. No, there is no CEL.
, a manual ecu will work in an auto, i am running one. The transmission has its own computer called a tcu. it would be best if you use 450s if you get a manual ecu, or use someting to tune them, but it will definatly work.
