So for the manual transmission fluid I use Red Line Synthetic Oil - Gear Oil for Manual Transmissions - MTL 70W80 GL-4 Gear Oil
70w80? Do I go thicker or is that ok? Also for the rear diff I use http://www.redlineoil.com/product.aspx?pid=44&pcid=8

From the research I've done, a lot of people are running Redline MT90 in their transmission. I have also used it in the past and literally just filled my transmission up with it. As for the rear differential, I've found that Redline Heavy Shockproof Gear Oil is a popular choice (transfer case as well). Of course people are going to have varying opinions, but I jumped on the bandwagon and have been happy so far.

Use Redline MT-90; if it seems too thick, use 1.5 qts MT-90 and 1 qt MTL (that's what I run).

I'm using MT-90 in my LASER - wonderful stuff to use in our Mitsu manual trannies.

You users with 420A motors: You use ATF+4 fluids only.

And redline heavyweight shockproof in the transfer case and diff. Ive found it to be a little notchy in temps under 50, but after the first couple shifts its fine.

I recommend Shockproof Heavy in the TC and 75w/90 in the rear diff.

You say you recommend shockproof heavy for the tc but not the shockproof heavy for the rear diff and just use the 75W90 NS GL-5 Gear Oil for the rear diff, why not just shockproof heavy in the rear diff? Just making sure thats what you where saying.
