2G GC Spring rate suggestions?

I'm going to be redoing my suspension soon and I've decided to go with Koni yellows and ground control springs. My question is what spring rates should I go with? The car is a daily driver that will see a fair amount of drag strip time, I also like my corners and want to keep the cars ability to stay tight in the turns. What would be a good all around spring rate?

What spring rates does GC offer? I wasn't aware you got a choice.
