Gaskets for Big T28?

Crush washers should be fine however if it were me I'd spend the extra two dollars on new ones. The three gaskets, turbo to manifold, turbo to o2 housing and housing to downpipe should be new and all three will run about $25. You should port the manifold and housing while you have them off, it's very easy. Get a die grinder($30) and some stones($5) follow the vfaq, it's simple. If you do port the manifold you're going to need a new gasket between the head and manifold and you'll want to buy some studs(8mm and very cheap) cause they break easily. If this is your first time doing something like this which it sounds that way then take this advice, don't strip any nuts or bolts. Use only the right size sockets and a breaker bar. And lots and lots of PB Blaster, WD40 or Liquid Wrench. Soak all the nuts and bolts before hand. Also get a new ss oil line that goes all the way to the oil filter housing. I found it nearly impossible to retain any of the stock oil line. The bolt that goes into the oil filter housing is a bi***, just break the oil feed line just before it and use a socket and breaker bar.
