Big T28?

I am thinking about getting a Big T28 to replace the factory T25 on my 98 GS-T. I read about it on the MachV website and it sounds like a better deal than a Big 16g since you don't have to buy the aditional parts to make it work on a second gen. I was wondering what some other people think about this turbo good and bad things before I get one. And if anybody knows of the best place to get one, cheapest that is.

Matt,

If your looking for a turbo that you will be using for drag racing, I would not recommend getting the t28 because of it fast spool up which will make your tires roast at the track. But if your looking for the ease of the turbo installation and want a turbo just for the fast spool up, then you should get it. As for me, I was thinking about getting a t28 but I only drag race and I prefer the slower spool up time for better off the line traction of the big 16G or anything 16G.
