This is my buddy B's car. I will ask if I can use his name later.
Troubleshooting.

Galant GSX Swapped to VR4
Engnie: 6bolt from 1G tsi
Wiring harness not the GSX unknown what car its actually out of possibly VR4

Link wouldnt connect. Pinout on OBD1 port did not have good ground to pin 12. Showed high ohm reading.
Link would reboot on car start, No constant 12v+ to ECU pin 103(I think)

Voltage to noids was 0/0.3 - 0.8v
Found and installed resistor pack delete.
Voltage is now 12v one side and 0.8v second side.

Found bad wiring to CAS, CAS plug also problematic.

Theory
White wire to CAS having fault can lead to return voltage in ecu for output to noids to be incorrect.

New Theory
I think the CAS is wired for 91+ and we are on a 90 ecu. Stupid.
