g4cp ecu on 4g63

did you guys know if the ecu of the 2.0 dohc 16v 5mt work fine on a eclipse 1g non turbo 5 mt????

i know that are the 2 of them made by mitsu , and they have the same pinout, but what about the software????

will it work?

hımmm... actually my car have a g4cp block and mitsu ecu so why not. but not sure

The g4cp and most the hyuandai 4g63 variants use the 1990 coil pack and ptu. Some of the newer sonatas i've seen use the 1991+ coil and ptu.
