I've try to search and all i can find is about awd. What is the easiest way to remove the fuel pump on a 92 fwd talon. When i tried to remove the fuel pump on my 91 and couldn't because the screws were way to rusted.

I know your pain. Went through that on my older car, almost bent the line all to hell. I'm sure you'll get a couple "soak it in pb blaster" replies.

no on the 1g fwd it is on the bottom rear of the tank right infront of the part of the frame that connects between the rear wheel so there is next to no room to work with

I just did this on mine not too long ago. The easiest way to do this is to jack it up all the way in the rear and just let the tank come down to the ground. Once you pull the tank down, see if you can use the smallest size EZ out tool to get them off or use a pair of Visegrips. Also, if you have a one size bigger phillips you can just put a lot of force onto it while turning it. Or a flathead that holds onto a spot hard enough. I've used the flathead with a lot of the screws on the interior that the previous owner screwed (no pun intended) up. Once they are out, go to your local hardware store and buy bolt replacements. I forget the exact size they are. I wanna say M5x15mm with some washers. The stainless steel ones won't rust again and the bolts make them easier to remove next time.

Here's a pic of mine:

Mine was all rusted aswell when I changed my pump.Had to get an Ez out for a couple screws, and replaced all the rusted ones with stainless steel allen head screws.

I bent my hose pretty good and kinked it but it was the only way to get the pump out of the tank for me. I went to autozone and got some fuel hose to replace the kinked metal line.

Yeah rust sucks good luck!

The rusted screws can be a pain, many online guide on getting them out. After you remove them, like others have said replace them with an allen head cap screw and be sure to use anti seize on the threads. If you break the flare fittings you can drill out the cover and use AN bulkhead fittings to replace them.
