Funny Noise when Turbo engauges at High RPMs

I have a secondary noise when my turbo spins up, it rises and falls with a odd echo as I speed up to above 30mph. I am trying to figure out how to test to see if its in the manifold, or if my turbo is dying...and if so..what happens if your turbo dies while your driving. SVM

There shouldn't be an odd echo when a turbo is failing..I don't know what it could be but the chances are it is not a failing turbo...usually when turbos start to fail they run into their housing making quite the nice grinding/rattling noise.

Thanks, could it be something in the manifold? or the BOV is failing? I really haven't a clue, looks like I'll have to pony up the shop fees and have a dealer check it out.
