2G Full throttle problems 97 4g63

So when I go to full throttle from a stop, roll, park the car will only go to maybe 2.5k or 3k rpm and sit there like buga buga buga buga buga (car sounds) but when I'm driving and slowwwwly hit the throttle and get up to maybe 40mph, when boost is building, I can full throttle no problem. But when I let off that throttle right after a pull it will do the same thing I explained above.

So basically car only full throttle when I build enough boost so when I let of the throttle no boost means no full throttle and very poor acceleration.

Has the car had any modifications?

Check air intake hose clamps for loose. Spray all intake areas/gaskets with soapy water to check for leaks. Do boost leak test.
