Full Race manifold (or copy), upper Radiator hose?

For about $400 and the decent reviews I think I might just do this. Anyone have a recent link to where I could get one. I searched Ebay but I couldnt come up with anything other than Honda pieces.

Also, does anyone know if I could get one without the wastegate on the manifold?
Got to ebay and search for item number: 170054370200.

If you dont want to run an external wastegate, just buy a block-off plate for it.

Has anyone considered ceramic or jet hot coating for this thing as a heat insulator to keep underhood temps down?

I have considered it, but i don't have one to consider it on...ROFL...prob would help alot though, but if you got the good coating you would have to blast all of that stainless off there, if you want to do it right though. So if you can live w/ paying $400, then blast all of the stainless for the coating...:(

There's a good chance I'll end up coating mine this winter while the car is down. That is, if I find a deal on the coating. :sneaky:

You're not blasting the stainless of the manifold. All you would do is sandblast the oxidation off the manifold so the ceramic would adhere better.

Sorry to resurrect this thread, but has anyone tried a 1g radiator on a 2g? Why or Why not? I haven't researched it, but just saw that a few people mentioned it here and no one had anything to really say about it? Just thought I would throw it out there...:thumb:

I have a different manifold than this but had the same problem. So i bought a 1G radiator and cut one of the bottom supports off and moved it over about a half inch and welded it back on.Kinda of a pain but I could not get anything else to work.It only took about 30 min.Just need to know how to weld.
