fuelcut?rev limiter

My car wont rev past 5k or 5200rpm in any gear be it first or 2nd so on.Ive thrown new plugs in it changed fuel filter.Checked for boost leaks theres none also my car idles high when warmed up.And im only pulling 14 for vaccum.Whats my first step?

Everything is bone stock jus have a air filter .Noticed that when the warm isnt fully warmed up it happens a little sooner in the rpm around 4500.

It will fall flat on its face kinda throwing you forward and back fire if its fuel cut

Yeah that sort of seems like it but im only at 8psi.

And it does it at the same rpm in every single gear even 1st and 5th.So im wondering if its ignition break up or maybe ecu?It does idle high when warm the revs up and down from 1200 to 1800rpm.

Well I stopped being a girl and stayed on it.It climbs rpms but miss fires.So I got some spark plug wires $20 ngk and autolite resistors gapped at .034.See if that helps at all.
