Hello all,

This post is just to share with the community an extra idea as to where else the FPR can be mounted. I decided to keep all my solenoids and keep the connectors near the stock location.

I bought a piece of sheetmetal at home depot, molded it, cut it and drilled holes to fit it where I wanted it to go (I used a vice and a rubber mallet to bend it).

Hope this helps those out there looking to do this upgrade and were debating how to mount it without losing cruise control or any other functionality.

P.S.

Yes, the gauge does clear the hood

In installed the fuelab kit in the original location the OEM filters sat in. It just took a little bit of playing around to line it up right, but there is enough room.
