fuel trims stuck....help

OK guys i have a talon imtrying to tune using an mmcd logger and a safc2. if i clear the ecu the trims read 100% and eventually the low trim goes up to 118.7%. At this time the voltage of the 02 sensor is 0volts....sometimes it jumped to around .74 volts and would hang around there. The o2 does not search at idle at all wamed up, and when im wot the reading is around .8 volts. Cruisding the voltage reads around .2, and occasionally jumps to around .6 volts. Supposedly the o2 sensor is new, any idea? I can't get any tuning done because not mater what i do on my safc the trims do nto change. Hi trim is 100 by the way

ok i got my voltage in my o2 to search, bad connection. Anyway I was letting my car idle, timing was around 6*, rpm at 780, and o2 was searching from.2-.8. My car has 550's and i had my low fuel trim at around 16% on safc and it leveled out, almost 100%. I was reading the piggyback guide and it said free rev to 1500 so i did, fuel trims still almost 100%. Then it says to do this up to 4k rpm. Do i free rev to that rpm and watch the trims or just go through the trims and adjust them. When i started adjusting them it went leaned out, so i went back to the 16% at 1,000rpm and now its sitting at 118.7% low fuel trim.

Could i please get some advice on how to get the trim evened out throughout the powerband?

I'm having this exact problem, new o2.....same thing reading you are getting. Could it be mmcd?
