Fuel Trims, EGTs, MAF-T?!?! im stumped

my low, mid and high fuel trims are @ 139%, which is LEAN, correct?!
Now, I have my MAF-T settings as follows... Idle + 1, Mid + 1, WOT + 2.
My EGTs have been higher than normal for what I think.
I get maybe up to 2 counts of knock on a WOT pull @ 20psi.

My question is, all my fuel trims are saying really lean, my EGTs are saying kind of lean but my MAF-T settings should have me running rich if anything, correct?

also I noticed tonight on my logger that my idle switch is always dark (pocketlogger with Palm IIIxe) and it seems that when "dark" or when circle is "filled in" that the switch/sensor is on.
could my idle switch be "on" while I am driving and causing my lean condition?

ps. I know when my CAS went bad my car was running really lean/hot, but I didnt have a EGT gauge or logger at that time, could that possibly be my problem, my CAS going bad?!

It sounds like you need to change your base knob. Depending on what size injectors you are running determines where you should go on the gauge. If this is set correctly, then continue going up with your other knobs, possibly up to 5 or 6. If this doesn't make a difference then definately switch your base. But beware, this knob works the opposite of the others. So turning clockwise on the lo, mid, and hi will richen them, turning counter clockwise should richen up your base because it registers for smaller injectors. This is what I had to do with mine until I finally found a setting that worked across the board.
