i cant figure out why i have 550s, ported 16g, 255 walbro, FMIC and my fuel values on the AFC gradually climb to where at 6k and 7k is set at +10 and runs pretty good and my O2s are .82 it just seems like im rich compared to everyone elses setting, if i turn down the fuel my knock goes too high. any help?

I am almost at the same HI settings as you. But mine are at +7. I refuse to go any higher than that, I just turn the boost down to 15-17. My local DSM buddies and I think the 550s are too small for my setup. Might be the same in your case. Just a thought.

How much knock are u getting at that psi? maybe i need to turn mine down... i turned it down to about 17 but i dont think it helped my situation much.

Since I turned the boost down I am getting 0 knock and 20-24degree advance timing all the way to 7000 rpms. Its sorda of a temp fix to the problem. I am sure with finer tuning of the AFC I can get more boost but for now its okay. I'll have to wait until it warms up in a few months.

sounds like a fuel rail issue to me. have you upgraded? if not, i would suggest it. because pushing that kind of pressure through everything, then reaching the rail, the pressure slows down a bit you know what i mean? the O2 reading is great, just don't let it drop below .7 beacause then you are really starting to run lean.
