Ok, it is a little cold out here roughly in the 40's. My setup is a ported big 16g, 550cc injectors, ported 1g manifold and o2 housing, 2.5" exhaust all the way back, front mount intercooler and yeah. Well I am tuning with my AEM wideband and realize at around 6000rpm it was leaning out a lot and bucking so I decided to add fuel from 6k up to like 8k well I kept on richening up and up till it is now at like +25% and it is a good 11.5 A/F ratio on pump gas. I just find it strange how at like 4500rpm ill be at -15% and then at 6k +25%? I asked a question before about running lean and they said to add more fuel, but this much?

Thanks,
Kyle

Sounds like a fuel pump issue to me, do you have it hardwired? What pump are you running? Here is a list of things to look at.

fuel pump and fuel pressure under full load (full boost) 1 psi of fuel pressure for every lb of boost.

Fuel filter, could be gloged and restricting flow.

fuel pressure regulator, I have seen some stock ones go bad and will not hold pressure under load..

But I put money on it it's a fuel flowing problem, IE pump, regulator, filter, hard wire to pump.

Check those things and post here and let us know what happened. You shouldnt be adding that much fuel in the upper RPM range and being that lean down low, thats a huge fuel difference if you ask me.

good luck man.

Hell, ill give you mine if you pay shipping. Stock one that is. I also have a 1g fuel rail/regulator you could try to make work if you want. They (i believe) have different base pressures though. 43.5 vs 38, I think.
