I just got car back from a shop that played me all along after almost a year. It isn't running right. It stutter and dies after 3500+ rpm, white smoke, boost never build, and wideband is erratic not matter how I adjust the safc. Thought it was blown head gasket, but the compression for each cylinder is 150 lbs. However I did notice that the fuel pressure is not constant, it range from 30-42. And readings on my datalogger show the o2 sensor ranges from 0.01-0.82v and FTRL 125%. Do I to change the fuel filter or o2 sensor? Open to suggestion. Thanks.

Did you notice any fuel leaks? Also, check to make sure that none of your vacuum lines are leaking either. I am not sure that a clogged fuel filter would cause the fluctuation your having.

It seems like it's in the right range at leastthe o2 sensor reading. I mean it's lowish at first but climbs to a more respectable level. Maybe one of the vacuum lines off the FPR is unhooked? Fuel rail attachment? I doubt it's an injector problem. Possibly ECU? Mass air sensor? Sounds like you have a good old trial and error session coming up. Good luck with your car man.
