Fuel rail spacer thickness

I broke my fuel rail about a month ago, when I was doing my head gasket and arp head studs. I just went to the junk yard to get a new one. Doesn't answer your question but gives you an alternate solution.

The local Pull-a-parts didn't have any.
I could just "borrow" one from my fiance, but I don't feel like messing with the injector seals when there's several people on here who have a spacer just laying around.

The overall diameter is almost exactly of a nickel 22mm and the overall height is 17mm. The ring of the middle is (outer diameter is 11mm) (inner diameter is 9mm) ( the height is 3 mm) .
Gee, I got two laying around, if you want . I can just send it out to you.

Got access to the lathe last night. I made it by the drawing, but I misinterpreted what Wasabi37 said and it came out looking a little fat.

I found 2 at the junk yard last week, So I called home and had someone measure it. the 17mm was overall length but stupid me thought it was spacer height. Here are the new dimensions

haha... i have problems with these running away when i work on the car and pull the fuel rail so i just made about a dozen of them from white delrin the other day on my lathe. I almost posted this exact thing untill i found ONE spare in my lathe tool drawer while setting up another project to i turned them out right then LOL

In a pinch you can also chop off a piece of the stiffest rubber hose you have in the garage to act as a spacer. Found that trick awhile ago and have used it at least once. Now I just RTV the damn things into place so they don't wander off.
