I am putting my engine back together and picked up some id2000cc injectors from someone. I had them checked by ID and they are for the dsm and flowed fine. While they checked them all new seals where put on. While doing my boost leak test tonight the injectors sounded like it popped up and let all the pressure out. They are an older style injector. So what I wanted to ask if any one with experience using these can tell me if they had to shave down the rail spacers. Or if I'm missing something on how to get these to seal. I have an Evo 3 intake manifold if that matters.

im pretty sure thats for an evo 4g63

see how on this evo 8 rail, the injector can only go in so far but there is nothing to stop it from sliding too far into the rail on your car. thats why you need a different hat. one with the edge to stop it from sliding farther in
