fuel rail difference from 98 eclipse into 95 talon

Got my 95 talon running today with a 420a from a 98 eclipse and noticed a little late that the fuel rail is a non-return style where as the 95 420a had fuel return and a vacuum line that went to the intake. car starts, runs, drives great....... but....... when i turn the car off and go in somewhere then come back to start my car it wont start, but if i bleed the fuel rail then start it the car fires right up. am i looking at swapping my fuel rail from my 95 or is there another option?

The vacuum line is for the fpr, do you hook that back up?

The 95 has the fuel pressure regulator on the rail , the later ones had it by the tank. You currently don't have a fuel pressure regulator, you need to go back to the 95 fuel rail.
