1G Fuel pumps and FPR overrun?

If you mean the stock fuel pump from a turbo DSM then I would think so. The basic design including the size of the return port (what causes overrun) of the 2.0L NA and the 2.0L Turbo are the same, just the fuel pressure are different.

If you can make the pump fit in the FWD fuel pump assembly you won't have a problem with the pressure regulator.

I'd have to go outside and look at the FWD Pump Assembly I have but IIRC it uses a smaller diameter Denso pump than the AWD.
I want to say it's 34mm vs. 50mm on the GSX.
