I'm looking to find some help with this problem Iv looked and still no answers. A few days ago my fuel rail came loose due the previous owner using the wrong hardware. It destroyed the already old o rings so I bought new ones put it back together and now the fuel pump won't kick on. I have a 1g swap so I'm using a 1g cas and running a walboro 255 with 750cc injectors. Iv done everything I can think of but buy a new fuel pump. Any ideas wpuld be greatly appreciated.

Check to make sure the ecu is powering up. If not, could be the ecu fuse.

To check if the pump is working apply 12v power to it. There is a connector in the harness near the throttle body thats used as a jumper to the FP. Grab a jumper and connect one end to the connector and the other to the positive terminal. You can hear it running and pressure building up. If you dont then I would suggest replacing the pump.

If it is your pump . No worry's they are easy to change ..Had mine out and back in with in 20mins

Yep ECU, relay or pump. Should only take 20 minutes to diagnose. It's going to be one of those. What did you try so far, or did you get it working yet?

My sending unit was rusted badly and the connection going through it to the pump was corroded off. Worth checking if yours is rusted.
