OK, so I have finished fixing my hanger and sending unit last night. Got it all put back together and now every time I try to start the car a fuse pops. I'm not exactly sure what the fuse is for, I think maybe fuel pump. It's the fuse directly attached to the battery. It's the 30 all the way to the left. It will crank maybe once or twice then blow. Any ideas?

On the positive terminal the fuses are left to right, ignition (30A), radiator (30A), MPI (20A) and it you have it ABS (60A).

Blowing the ignition fuse while cranking and having just worked on the fuel pump would sugges you either shorted the terminals on the fuel pump assembly where they run through the cover, have a bad pump, potential bad ground connection. Unplug the fuel pump and see if stops blowing the fuse.

there is only 3 fuses, 30, 30, 40. and i figured it out. the guy snapped a stud for the fuel pump where the positive bolts on and he just took a screw and screwed it in. it was touching the hanger which is grounded so it kept popping. thanks for the reply
