Fuel Pump and Injectors from Evo?

What are the specs for the Injectors and Fuel Pump from an 03 Evo 8? Can I use them out of the newer models? or Just the 8's?

I use both the 560cc injectors and evo8 pump in my 1g. As far as the fuel pump flow, this will give you an idea how it stacks up

It does have a pressure relief valve that opens at about 65-68psi and drops flow quite a bit. You would be running 23-25psi before this would occur though.

The injectors have been tested to flow a little more than the advertised 560cc as well.
Both are OEM reliable and will last a long time. the fuel pump is quiet even rewired. For a budget setup, i think they are nice parts that can be had cheap.
I'll have both of mine for sale in about a week or so.

It would be worth the extra money to try and find an evo9 pump. The evo8 pump is fine as toofast82 has stated but the evo9 pump flows a bit more and doesn't have the pressure relief valve which makes it viable for a much more potent setup if you decide to upgrade more than you might originally plan.

I had purchased mine with the intentions it was an evo9 pump and the seller had been told by who he bought it, that it was. But it ended up being an evo8. No big deal, ive been using it for almost a year with no issues but am upgrading, which will require a larger pump. But yeah, evo9 is a better find if cheap

they made a lot of changes to evox, so dont assume. Fact is 8/9 injectors and pump work

I am relatively sure that the evoX injectors are different but I'm not sure how. DSMunknown was going to look into the evoX fuel pump at one time but I've never seen anything about it.

Wow, the search button must be BROKEN! I've never discussed anything "Evo", including pumps and injectors.

^ Received the 10 pump in the mail a couple months ago (after originally paying for it last May! ). Very interesting. Will take some pix when I get a chance. Very noticeable difference in physical appearance from the previous two models. Will absolutely work with DSMs. I will say no more on the subject until I start my thread with all of my collected data.

So will the injectors and fuel pump from the EVO X work in our DSMs? I did notice they do look different then previous generations. So thats why I ask if they will work.
