I have a 92' tsi awd auto and it has previously installed 450cc manual injectors along with a manual ecu out of either a 90 or 91 I believe. Just want to know how much base fuel pressure I should be running at idle with the vacuum Line off and plugged on my afpr?? Thanks!!!!

With no source of vacuum/boost to AFPR, should be 43 PSI. Once it see idle vacuum, do not adjust it. With 20 in*hg it should read around 30ish PSI.

Ok sounds good thanks guys!! I believe I have it set around 39 or 40 right now. The idle sucks on it so while adjusting fuel pressure it sounds and idles like crap!!!

Biss adjusts fine ( could still be bad I guess ) , has a newer style isc motor, new thermostat, just cleaned the dirty k&n today and cleaned the maf sensor, going to try that out toomaro! Next could be fuel filter?

Couldn't hurt to get a new fuel filter...don't want to take this post too much further off the OP there are tons of posts with poor idle and tons of fixes...have a look around you'll find out what's wrong just in time for something else to go wrong LOL

Actually my mistake, base fuel pressure for a 2g is 43 psi. Base fuel pressure for a 1g manual is 37 psi.
Made the correction in first post.
To further elaborate, a pressure variation of less than 5 at idle would have little to no effect on your idle. When I first installed my AFPR I didn't have any way of adjusting it without running the pump, so I turned it a couple of times and just started it up. My base on first start up was around 30 psi and she still ran. Upon increasing pressure, idle improved slightly. I would look elsewhere for your issues.

Ha yea I know my turbo's currently shot! And thanks for the help again!

I have an automatic..

Nevermind. Manual ecu in an auto LOL. So with the car started and vacuum line off/plugged I should adjust it down to 37 psi?
