Ok so Im looking into getting the Fuel Management Kit from extremepsi.com but I was wondering what would be the best Fuel Pump and Injectors. Here is my current list of mods.

TurboXS MBC
TurboXS Type H BOV
Weapon R Filter w/ Hard Intake Pipe
Accel Wires
Greddy FMIC + Upper Lower Piping

Depends if you're going to keep upgrading or not. For now all you need is the 190 and 550s. If you plan on upgrading in the future to a bigger turbo I'd go with FIC 750ccs (which I have and are quality peices) and 255.
 
well i think i wont upgrade the turbo. i dont want an all out drag car just a daily cruiser with lil authority. heh. only other plans in mind would be o2 sensor housing dumped and tubular manifold, and then just raise the boost every now and then. how bad will i be on gas mileage with the setup you have. and may i ask what modifications you have. thnx for the info.

Ok, I know it is off topic but if I can, I would just wish you to re-think the future mods you were thinking about putting on your car...If you really want nitrous then why the intercooler spray kit? When people claim to have gotten major effects from using it, it is b/c the nitrous has gotten into the intake...Also, the 18g can be an OK turbo but for the money there are tons of better turbos! For instance, the t04b is in the same price range and can support 450hp...all sorts of 50 trims are in that price range (check out the PTE line)...Just my opinions though..

- If you still plan on running the 18g, then stick with 550's and 190lph and you should be solid if you can tune the afc well...Some people will tell you to order the 255 fuel pump but just remember that you will most likely need an AFPR as you will out flow the stock FPR...

If you want to run a lot of boost and don't mind spending some extra $$$ for lots of fuel, go with some 650's or 750's + a 255/AFPR...With injectors that big though, it will be much easier to tune with something like DSMLInk instead though

EDIT: Sorry, I forgot that you wanted to run Nitrous with your setup...If so, you will probably want a lot more fuel to add to the N20/fuel mixture
 
adding nitrous is the reason i dont know which pump to get. reason i got the interchiller kit and wet kit is bc i got both for 500. Also I already purchased the turbo from a friend. Came with 18g and install kit with ported exhaust housing and 34mm flapper for 500 with less than 200 miles. I also forgot I was planning on getting a dsm Link. The mods not installed are mods i have but havent installed. If you say I should rethink my future mods do give me your thoughts about future mods.

I plan on setting the boost to 18 daily and maybe 20 or so on race nights and just spraying a 25 or 35 shot, nothing major. keep the replies coming, its all helping. ;)
 
Well, if you already are planning on running a Nitrous setup with the turbo setup, I would be set on buying the DSMLINk over an afc; if you haven't already bought the afc...With a nitrous setup and with an 18G, you will want to be running a lot of fuel to compensate for the amount of boost and nitrous you plan on running...With DSMLink, you will be able to tune for the larger injectors and be able to control the shot of the nitrous and when to have it come on so you don't have to manually engage it between shifts...

- Go with a 255lph fuel pump and then go out and purchase an AFPR for it

- Buy either the 650 or 750cc injectors...

- The ExtremePSI Fuel management package comes with an S-AFC2 so if you are planning on running DSMLink then it is pointless...I can show you where to find better pricing on both the injectors and fuel pump anyway if you ask ;) :thumb:
 
of course i want the link. heh. i saw a palm m100 for like 20 shipped on ebay. and the software i can just download. so then where do i get the cable?

if you say dsm link would be better then thatll save me 300 and ill just order more parts in a few days to finish off my wanted mods. i just want to throw em all in at once if you feel me. then i can just cruise a finished project. :thumb:

Also give me your advice if i decide not to throw in the nitrous. i dont even want to use it but once or twice when im losin heh.

I might be misinterpreting what you're saying, but you can't just buy a cable and download some software to run DSMLink. The ~500 dollar price tag is for the software, cable, and EPROM chip, not just the cable. You'd also need a 95 ECU, which is around $200. It's more expensive than an AFC, just much more powerful. Are you talking/thinking about logging software?
 
With the palm you saw, was that supposed to be used for a datalogger or DSMLINK? B/c DSMLink is used via a labtop not a palm...I think you should get DSMLink but I also think if you are not going to be using Nitrous that often, I would just sell the 2 kits and use the $$ from that to buy a labtop, program and new ECU...If the 2 systems are complete kits you could get more than $500 for them which is what you paid..

so wheres that link to injectors and fuel pump prices.

as much as i would want a dsmlink its pretty expensive.

about the nitrous kits. i might just use them a bit and sell em after i have my share of fun.

so choose would be FIC 650cc and 190 pump? without n20 that is. that cool so i can order em. how bad would my gas milage go down?
 
well, im my opinion, sell nos and the turbo, get a 50trim, it is very efficiant, and great on pump gas, u can run around on 19 psi all day on 92pump gas, now, before u go buying all kinds of stuff, u need to establish goals, like if u want 300whp or if u want 10,000 hp what ever it is decide and stick with meeting it, cause you have to build around you goal, if your going to run a little bigger turbo, get 550's, unless you are going to be upgrading later, if you get 650's and try to tune your afc with a stock turbo, it wont work (trust me :) ) anyways, decide if you want a weekend warior, a track car or a grocery getter, then figure out the bare minimum u need to acheive it, like nos, i dont see the point, unless your building a track car, and you want to blow your motor, it sounds like you want something very streetable that you can take to the track and turn up the boost alil with some race gas, anyways, establish what hp range track time n et ure looking for and go from there, dont just go buying things that arnt needed just cause there a good deal, i would dump the nos, and if you going to use a smaller turbo, i wouldnt run external wg, sounds like crap, and the point of having it is just because bigger turbos cant dump all that flow out the exhaust, theyll creep, it is not needed on smaller turbos and just a waist of money you could have used somewhere else, you can get cams for that price and actually increase hp instead of just making it louder, all i can say is just read alot, and dsm link isnt really needed if you arnt going to be upgrading that much and ya got a small pocket (we all do) just get a logger and an afc with some 550's/190 and get aftermarket intake exhaust, anice big fmic ora larger smic, maybe some cams too... anyways, good luck and if ya ever need anyhelp with anything, im me or email me, i can shed light on any setup q's ya have, take care and good luck
