The return line leaks on after about 6 inches I lose the line can anyone show me a pic of the return line and where it goes?
WTF not exactly sure what you're trying to say, but if it's leaking, likely the FPR o-ring is bad or the rubber return hose is not connected properly to the FPR outlet or metal fuel return line at the firewall :dsm:

After the rubber hose ends where does the line go from there? What size o-ring is that do you know?
Not sure of the o-ring size, but am sure you could get a replacement at any DSM Vendor, dealorship or autoparts store. Or just buy a metric assortment from NAPA.

The hard line at the firewall leads back to the tank. This line is not under much pressure but does flow whatever fuel your fuel pump provides that the engine is not consuming.

May want to pick up a Haynes/Chiltons as it would show you the entire fuel system layout :dsm:
