Car is not starting (turns over but does not start)

Checked to see if fuel pump is functioning, can't tell since it's so quiet, got under to look at the tank and I notice the fuel line is rusted that goes into the fuel pump cover plate, it's too close to the plate to repair with a new line (1/4" away, very small hole)

What is the name of the entire fuel pump assembly, that includes the plate that secures the fuel pump to the fuel tank? Anyone know where to buy that?

Is it possible to repair that small leak without replacing the assembly?

I don't think this is the cause to the car not starting but want to resolve this issue as well

I believe it's called the "fuel pump hangar" I hope I dont get in trouble, not trying to advertise for him, but miller import parts has some 1g DSM's and might have what you need. He has helped me out a lot with parts
