Fuel injectors not opening after build

I just got done putting my motor back together and into the car. I get fuel to the injectors @ stock FP and I have spark. i ohm my injectors and the ohm at 2.8 which is normal I am getting power to the injectors but they just wont open. I tried putting stock injectors on it and they wont open either. I am beyond stumped does anyone have any suggestions?!?

Sounds like an ECU problem (internal injector drivers not working). One side of the injector goes through a resistor to MPI relay (+12V supply). The other side goes to the ECU which grounds it to turn on the injector. Since you have power, the ECU must be the problem. ECU's are famous for leaking capacitors. Open yours up, look and smell (rotten egg smell). Swap with another if possible.

My ecu has been rebuilt recently within the last year. I just dont understand how everything worked fine last week and now it doesnt. But I will pull the ecu and swap in another and see if that fixes the problem

Proper CAS operation and air flow sensor are also needed for injectors to fire (although if CAS isn't working I wouldn't think you'd get spark).
Did you rebuild your same 90 motor or did you put a different year motor or components in? Note that the 90 ignition is incompatible with all other years.
Did you check for power on all injectors and spark on all plugs?
