 I have a 90 tsi talon awd that i bought for a great deal. It ran great for about 3 days pulled hard everthing was good then it began to miss fire so i replaced the coil pack, spark plugs and wires, and nothing. So i replaced injectors but i put slighty bigger ones in it i belive they are 460cc and nothing changed. I tested the fuel injector pigtails with a noid light and got weak pluses off the center 2 injectors. So from here i thought it would be the ecu untell it stoped doing it all together after i ran it out of gas. But now when my turbo spools hard it begans to miss fire again. My RPM gage also stoped working. Who ever had the car befor me put a 20g off a evo on it (im assuming a evo because it has a dimond star stamp on the compressor houseing). Could the turbo be to big causeing the miss fire? ive checked my ecu and their is no acid damage to it. Im competly lost and really want my car to run please help if you can.

i checked the transistor and it is fine im gonna try the fuel pump next but now the car is being competly differnt some times when it is cold or if i baby it for to long it will began to missfire and if i force the turbo to spool it run good again.... could upgradeing to a 2g maf help me? im thinking this whole problem is centered aroung the turbo but dont have to money to replace it so what would be my next best step?

If you have weak pulse on two of your injectors, and the other two are fine, you should check the resistor for your injectors. It is that shiny metallic thing about 4 inches long, and has 4 wires going into it and is mounted on the firewall to the left of the cruise control cable box. Unplug it, and pull out your voltmeter to check the resistance of the resistor. The manual should tell you how, or if not, I can check back in the wiring diagrams manual for dsm's I have.

If your resistance varies on two of them compared to the others, swap it out with a friends, or find a new one.

Then check your injector pulses again, and see if they are any different.
