I just swapped in 1 fuel injector with same exact 450cc from another 1g dsm and have a few questions. I put grease on outer part only of o-ring (see #1 in pic) and wasn't sure if grease is needed on inside. I greased outside only of # 2 in pic (insulator?) and greased all sides inside + out of # 3 (what is that called?) and wondering if that was the correct way to grease those 3 parts? I did replace all top o-rings with fel-pro set and reused all other parts that looked good. I used sil-glyde grease which I have for brake components becasue that's all I had. Is that ok? I'm also wondering would've it been alright to use nitrile o-rings out of harbor freight set or do they need to be Viton?

(240cc injectors in pic are not the ones I used but for visual purpose only)

I use motor oil for my O-rings, not grease. Just wipe it on the outside so it slides into place.

I'd replace all of the O-rings/insulators if they are hard or brittle. I went through STM to get the ones I needed last year when I did my injector swap.

My fuel injector seats are kind of hard, are they pliable when new?

If they are hard they need to be replaced. Yes, they should be nice and pliable when they're new. As far as lubrication goes, I like to use dielectric grease, but you could use motor oil, or whatever just so you don't force them in dry.
