fuel gauge mounted on hood

has anyone seen this or consider or have done it theirselves? have the fuel pressure gauge mounted on the hood, wither it be electrical or mechanical. if so, how can this be done.

1.) Why would you want to when you can mount it inside?
2.) It's pointless to do especially if it's your daily driver.

Don't waste your time trying to do it, mount it inside where weather conditions don't affect it.

mainly because it is unique and different. also because i already have egt, water temp, AEM truboost, and AEM eugo gauges, i dont rly have another none tacky/sore eyed spot to put it. i have my egt gauge in my radio console along with my VPC/GCC so i was just thinking of outside the box ideas to put it.

On the hood is tacky. Get a pod for your steering column

Just my opinion no offense but that is quite muscle car like.

THis is typically done with mechanical gauges as you aren't allowed to run the fuel line into the cabin. Buy a kit designed for a domestic, but get a 100psi gauge.
