I did a fuel feed line upgrade to a -8an and i ran the hose through the stock location in between the firewall and the subframe but i think it was pinching the hose off because when i would get into boost instead of increasing fuel pressure I was loosing fuel pressure drastically so I am re-running my lines but im stumped because I would like to bring the lines in the engine bay right by the transmission but my problem since I have a 2g fwd the exhaust is to close to the area where I wanna run the fuel feed line so what now... any suggestions to where I should run this line??

I doubt that would have pinched a SS braided hose line, unless you made a VERY tight bend. I've made some pretty tight bends before with no ill effects. You have to remember, the SS braided hosing, has an internal lining of SS as well as the outer SS braided cover.

EDIT: looking at your mod list you list pushlock hosing, that is not nearly as capable of taking tight bends, so I would look into the routing, or replace it with SS braided line.

Also looking at your mod list, with your current turbo and fuel setup, -6 line was way overkill. Your still easily in the range for stock lines.

You have to remember that by upgrading to larger fuel feed lines, its making your fuel pump work harder to push the fuel up to the engine, as volume in the line is increased, dramatically with -8 line.

Is your fuel pump rewired, and where is your fuel pressure gauge mounted, and you also may want to invest in a wideband 02, as that will show your true AFR and show you if you are going lean up top.

No No No it wasn't ss line it was Russells push lok sorry I didn't specify, but I think I solved it anyway. I pushed in the firewall right behind the motor a little bit and pushed it through there and it seems to have to kinks or tight squeezes but thanks for the response.
