Fuel cut, weird noises, cant hit boost

Just finished fixing my suspension on the passanger side.. (lateral arm, lower control arm, sway bar, axle, etc). I started her up everthing went well.. wheel was fine although I believe I have a bent frame because whenever I straighten the steering wheel it pulls towards the passenger side hard. Plus it is crushed back underneath the fender a little.

As Im driving my car bogs at about 3k-4k like im about to stall..I give it some gas shift into second and then BEFORE hitting boost BAM, felt like I hit a big wall or something broke in my engine. I also hear a weird noise where I fixed my suspension maybe thinking its the axle or something? doubtful.. but when I do listen to my engine I hear a hissing noise at the intake manifold but it has always hissed. I have done a boost leak test awhile ago and I had no leaks.

But I thought you were suppose to hit fuel cut while boosting whereas I didnt even get a chance to boost..if i gave it gas my car would start bogging again.

Was it doing this before you did any work? For any reason did you disconnect any electrical connections inside the engine bay?

No, everything in the engine was working fine before the small accident and no electrical connections were removed. The only thing i removed from the engine was only the downpipe at the neck that goes to the exhaust manifold so I could take out the front sway bar.
