Just went to auto cross for the second time this season thought I did pretty good. I have a 14b at 14psi on the street and a Dejon boost controller that ups the boost to 19psi with the flip of a switch. I have most exhaust mods. For fuel I only have a 190 pump.

I beat some older BMWs and unexperienced drivers for the most part. I got a 1:35.435 on my best lap thats hitting one or two cones i belive. One cone equals a 2 second penalty. There was two S2000's there one ran a 1:36.430 ( i beat him) and the other ran a 1:13.278 (best driver there BY FARRR!!! )

This guys name was Jamal M. i made a video of one of his run. This was back when he had a M Coupe with a supercharger :rocks: . http://media.putfile.com/M-Coupe

My suspension needs some work I have stock struts and springs. I do have polyurethane motormounts. My clutch is 2300 ft lbs Exedy 4 puck clutch with a fidanza lightweight flywheel. Hopefully I can get coilover soon ;)

It was a long day and by the pictures you can see it was very sunny. Sunburn really hurts BTW :D . Im planning on going to the next one in the middle or end of April. I hope to have a next exhaust maifold by then and maybe some suspension mods.

See you at the track :thumb:

Great video... cool track configuration. I'm assuming your running on an airport runway? It seemed pretty smooth on the video compared to the one I've run in El Centro California. They actually turned an abandoned airfield into a racetrack for SOLO-1, and the expansion joints (where all the weeds grow) in the concrete took their toll on my tires and suspension.

Even with the sunburn, it sounds like a good day with your times...:thumb:

Yeah. It was a 2-3 mile long airstrip part of a airport that was in use, but the strip wasnt. The "weed gaps" were noticable but not much of a bother, really nice surface to race on:thumb: I got a video of one of my runs im still editing. I hope to have it up soon, love to hear some scrutiny from you guys.

EDIT: DONE :) check it out http://media.putfile.com/Run-151

Your car looks like it plants pretty good both in and out of the corners with the stock suspension. Once you get it all dialed in you'll really be kicking butt out there!

Looks like a nice surface other than the weeds. That's a long course, I wish ours were that long. From the video the car looks good, you drive smoothly which is key in autocross. Looks like fun.

Damn you guys have a nice stretch to do your autocrosses, how come all mine are in high school and government parking lots with gravel all over em. Hell my last autocross 2 weeks ago they had a c4 corvette flip. yes flip on its roof. Good photos, I Really should start taking some, good to see another dsmer out there. Here in Virginia, I have not once seen another 2g autocross with me. And ive done like 12-15 in the last year alone. Its nice being at like a tripod of scca. WDCR, BRR-SCCA and CDC.

I dont see enough smoke, your not pushing it hard enough LOL. Just kidding! That first picture is a perfect picture for your avatar, nice going!

Edit: What class are you running, your numbers are only showing. Unfortunately for me, SCCA has me stuck in SM because of my goddamn upgraded turbo. Im running with a class of guys with soft-compounds and full suspension. Im running 3000gt rims that came right form the factory (thats right 14 year old tires with 40k miles) Its hell trying to even be competitive with them, but I do it for the fun. MAybe next year I will have enough money to run with some compounds and get a proper suspension setup.

PS- The picture in my avatar I was running 5zigen fno1rcs with pirellis, they were nice for autocross, but since I destroyed them in 6 months of autocross and daily driver, they were way too expensive to run. So they now have dialy driving duty and the 3000gt rims get track duty, even with shitty ass tires.

Wow, 3rd gear in a supercharged m coupe. That looks like a really fun course to run.
