Front turn signals and side markers not working????

anyone have any ideas on why they are not working? They used to work fine but no blinking at all just the rears work and the instrument panel signal flicker really fast. Doesnt that mean theres a bad ground or what???

Bulb is out when it flickers rapidly in dash .

the markers and the turn signals are not working on both sides and i put brand new bulbs in there!!!! so still not sure

I think you're right about the wiring, that's what I would check
