front tire

I got my car up on jackstands and when I put it in everywheel drives but the front drivers side so I shut her down and tried to spin it myself and I can up until a certain point. Does this sound like a warped router.
Also my power steering pump is making a weird noise like a bearing is out on it. I swapped it out with another pump that I knew worked and its making the same noise??? is there a special brand a ps fluid you need to put in there, I used the supertech shit at walmart.

I would check the brakes first, on the shell i just picked up 2 of the calipers were seized making it a pia to roll around. Just unbolt the caliper on the problem wheel and see if you can spin it.

You on wi-dsm. org and wi-dsm.com? I would take apart the calipurs and make sure the boots are not torn and grease the pads slide pins ect.

took off the rotor and it spins fine. I'm guessing the rotor was warped because the Caliper and pads are brand new. I'm also guessing that I put the wrong powersteering fluid in as I've been reading that mitsus take Dexron 5 ATF
