Front subframe loose?

My front subframe seems to be loose when started to jack up the car to take it off the jack stands I noticed it moved about an eighth inch up towards the bottom of the car. Is this normal? I tried to tighten the bolts but they already seem very tight.

Aren't there rubber bushings where your subframe bolts to the body?
