Fried ECU?

Swapped my FP3065 to an FPEvo316g and when i hooked the laptop to start tuning the car was turning over and over and over but wouldnt start. got plenty of fuel, had spark, everything was connected so for shits and giggles took out my '95 eprom ecu with dsmlink v3 full and swapped it for my oem 98 gsx ecu....fired right up..... scratching my head about this but not sure what to do besides send it ecmtuning and have them take a look at it.

You have spark plug wires in the correct order?

Were you able to connect to the EPROM ECU with link and get any values while trying to turn it over? Maybe you blew the sensor ground somehow?

Can you get any pictures of the EPROM board to see if something else may have gone wrong?
What else did you touch when doing the turbo swap that may have caused an issue?
