I have a 2g gsx chasis that I'm looking to drop my 6 bolt engine in. It was pulled out of my old 95 GST in running condition. I was running E85 and a small 16g turbo at about 22lbs of boost. When hitting around 22 lbs, the coolant would get pressurized and leak out of the overflow. I know it's my head gasket.

I have 300 bucks (for now) to spend on some maintenance items. I'm thinking of going the composite fel-pro route and some ARP head studs. Engine has 120k on it. Recently had a new timing belt and tensioner put on. Engine still has the balance shafts. Also has a 1990 throttle body on it. I went the cheap route with the intake gasket last time also. If you had 300 dollars, what route would you go? Thanks

New main and rod bearings, cylinder hone, NPR rings, and a felpro headgasket. All that should be around 300 bucks; maybe less.

So basically just buy some bearings and some plasti gauge and if i need oversize bearings at all then i have to get another set? Or since I already have standard bearings then most likely only need those? How does all that work? If one is out of spec then i just get one oversized bearing?
