I'm trying to set fuel pressure before I start my car via dsmlink...when I turn the fuel pump on the FPR reads 0psi no matter what I do...any ideas please!!!!
 
Alot of times with AFPR's and high flow pumps the pressure will bleed down rather rapidly.. You should be able to activate the pump un DSMlink to where it stays running with out starting the car IIRC (i'm only assuming that you're only letting it run the priming cycle anyway) if the pump is constant on and you're getting "0" then check that fuel is reaching the rail, and check the screw on the AFPR that it is actually turned in some
 
Turn key to on position, with link turn on fuel pump. Check pressure and adjust, also check for leaks at this time. Once done switch of pump via link and then start car normal. I believe that doing it this way with link you can leave vacuum line on fpr, because engine is off so it won't effect adjustment.
 
I am using the "activate fuel pump" in dsmlink. When I turn the fuel pump on, the needle on the gauge barely bumps up and then goes right back to zero no matter how long I leave the pump on. I tried turning the screw on the regulator all the way in and it did nothing ??? I'm so Confused!

My guess would be an injector stuck open, a really big fuel leak somewhere, a faulty regulator, a faulty fuel pump, or a faulty gauge.

Does the car run? If it runs you can rule out a few of those.

Tell us every part of your fuel system, what brand it is, how old it, and if you've used it before.
 
It turned out that I am an idiot and had the FPR hooked up wrong. :ohdamn: I didn't realize that the return line is supposed to come from the bottom of the FPR WTF
