Toronto,
I know the stock FPR is on the "driver side" of the rail. When looking at memeber profiles, i seen a car with a UFPR on the "pass side" hooked up to the rail.

Does it matter if the Adj FPR is adjucted before going in the fuel rail or after?

Depends on the AFPR. Most that we would use have to be at the end of the rail because they regulate the pressure "in front of them" but some out there regulate the pressure "after them" and one of those would be installed before the rail.
