Fp 68 hta question?

I have scanned thorough the forum ad looked online, but I'm not getting a clear cut answer as to what is the max efficient boost I can get out of my 68hta? All I've found was comparisons of the 68 and the evo III, and how it out flows and cfm is higher, and etc.. However, no set number of its capable of 25 but most efficient at 23 or whatever it maybe. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

Members have ran over 30 psi at max, then it dwindled.A purple stock motor 92 awd auto.If you don't beleive me.Motor is not stock anymore BTW.
