Spyder Found my knocking/stalling issue....

I have a 1999 Eclipse Spyder GS. This is my first import. I just bought it with 176000 miles. I rode it for about 2 weeks until I started stalling out. After switching out the thermostat and the fan switch. I resorted to a mechanic. He opened up the head and saw the second cylinder on the left isnt getting any oil to it. As in the picture you can tell by the color difference . After getting ran for awhile without oil it starts to stick and work harder which causes me to stall and I have to wait until the engine cools and it starts again.... The guy who sold it to me was a mechanic and probably didnt put it back together right. The brackets surrounding it are loose as well. The mechanic didnt know where to go replace these parts. And I was wondering if I can get any help. Thanks for looking.

Wow thats a pretty major problem. I definitely wouldn't drive it until resolved. As far as parts, you can check supporting vendors on here or junk yards. If your on a budget, a junk yard long block might save you some hassle.
