Forward facing oil filter housing?

I am thinking about buying a forward facing oil filter housing. I am running a small 16g that is fed from my current OFH. I also am running a 6 bolt and PR style FMIC. Would I still be able to feed the turbo with this housing? Also I would like to retain the sensors and is an oil cooler necessary for a daily driver? I have read through a couple threads but couldn't really make heads or tails. Thanks.

The other alternative is to find a way to keep the oil from dripping out of the allen bolts. Would plumbing Teflon tape work for this?

^ I do envy you. So do all the FFOFH's come with pre drilled options like the one in the link above, or is that why it is double the price of the OEM ones?

That is why its doubled in price and they claim to have a special fitting you cant find. They also wont sell it seperate.

You don't use teflon tape for oil threads

You need to use a thread sealant/paste.

Why does he need this instead of a normal forward facing housing? He doesn't need that... go to extremepsi and buy a mightymax oil filter housing.

It's the same thing bud. That one comes with fittings to allow for other sensors and oil lines.

If he can find the proper fittings then yes, go with the extremepsi one as it's a lot cheaper.

Also the housing will have to be drilled and tapped, if you can do this and dont mind a little extra work to save a few bucks go for it.
