I have installed a 75mm tb & need to know the wiring colors to hook up the ford tps to the 93 dsm wires. The tps is off a 87-93 ford. I also need to know the wiring colors on the iac sencer to hook it up to my car. I have searched but can not find this info.

orange and red
black to green/black
green is for the green and white

As for the isc, just buy the adapter plate from fftec and use the oem one which apparently plugs right up :D

I think $75 is a tad high for a adapter. Does anybody know if the ford iac will work & how to wire it to the 91-94 plug? If it wont work I will probably try to make my own adapter. Also how are people adapting the stock cable to the tb?

honestly the more oem parts used the better. I dont think ive seen the ford isc used ever. Some people leave it off on track cars but for a daily driver id get teh fftec adapter and use that, its worth it.

As for the throttle cable, fftec also has the wheel that will bolt onto the tb and will work with the factory cable.

For the cable on mine I bought a braided ford throttle cable from summit. Took the end piece off which is held on by a screw for adjustment and used it on the stock inner cable. It just so happens that if you buy the right length the braided cable works too (cruise control). :)

As far as the idle switch if you are using a stock computer then yes I would fab something up because the car has no way to know if the throttle is fully closed. I rigged a 1g switch to mine until I switched over to an EMS which uses voltage only.

Till recent I haven't had an Idle Valve on mine. It is some what of a pain not having it. Once again I'd say if your running a stock computer get an adapter. Cold days and starting in general will be much happier. If you have an aftermarket computer you should have a bit more choices.
