I know that there are tons of threads about the fogged headlights and how to clear them up, but they all require a buffer, which I don't have. So I created my own solution that doesn't work as well, but made a significant difference.
I used steel wool and ran water over the headlight the whole time I used it, so my scratches weren't as deep as if I had used sandpaper. Then I quickly dried and buffed it with cherry wax and put in a lot of elbow grease. It did make them alot more clear, but they are not perfect. I might repeat it again to see if there is a difference, and if there is I'll let everyone know.
Just thought I'd share, for the rest of you that don't have an actual buffer.
